We have a client that is working with a major government agency that is looking for at-home agents that have active Public Trust (SP85) security clearance. Below is the key criteria that the client requires:

Requirements:
  • Public Trust (SP85 certified)  Tier-1 IT Service Desk agents
  • Agents should have a Public Trust (Moderate) security clearance
  • Program Length: 3 - 9 months, with the potential for a 12 month follow up
  • Location: US-based, Work-At-Home agents; Candidates must be US citizens
  • Hours of Operation: 24/7, 365
  • Training: 5 days
  • Typical Tier-1 IT Service Desk Call Types: Password resets
and Help Desk questions from internal employees regarding setting up at home desktops
  • Agent needs to provide PC with Browser and broadband connection.
  • Technology: Client will provide all technology:
          CRM/Knowledge Base: ServiceNow
          Telephony: InContact; this will require a web browser to access

Training will start in 1-2 weeks and will be ongoing until 100 agents are hired and on-board.

Compensation will be revealed upon successful submission of above stated background requirements
