Please follow the step-by-step directions below to submit your video certification. We utilize free, easy-to-use video recording software.
You Do Not need a webcam.

Complete this process from the workspace, system, and internet connection you will be working from daily. ALL screens requested must be shown fully to advance and be accepted, including your system specifications.

Below is an example of a completed Video Certification for your reference.

Let's Begin:

Google Chrome is the only browser we use and support. If you do not have Google Chrome, you will need to download it to certify your system. Please use this link to download.

A Hardwired Connection is required of all agents at all times, including training. The use of wireless, satellite, or hot-spots are grounds for termination and should never be used. To check your system to ensure you are using a hardwired connection, locate the icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen by the clock that displays your internet access. If you are using a hardwired connection, you should see an icon that features a plug/cable in front of a computer screen.

USB Only Headset - We are authorized to use only USB headsets to record audio. To verify your sound and ensure your headset is working properly, use your headset to record your audio during the video certification.

The client has requested a selfie of each applicant wearing their USB headset and showing the plug. (see video certification sample for example)

Please take a selfie and email it over to yourself.

Drag the photo to your desktop and open it as you will show this during your recording.

**NOTE - Stock or website store photos, as well as headsets in unopened packages, are not acceptable. You will need to use the USB headset to record this video.

Use of an External mouse is mandatory if you are using a laptop. The clicking from a laptop mouse will disconnect your caller and interrupt your sound, resulting in dropped calls.

Now let's run the tests to show during the video:

1st - Speedtest - Please use only the site listed below.

Open another tab in Chrome

Enter the website address www.speedtest.net

Click on Go to run your speed test.

Do not close your Speed test results. You will share the results during your video.

2nd - Display your System Information.

To do this, type System Information into the search box next to your windows icon on your toolbar and press enter.

The system information will open, Do not close your system information. You will share the results during your video.

3rd - Screencast-O-Matic -free, easy-to-use video recording software that you will use to record and save your video certification file.

Open another tab and go to: www.screencast-o-matic.com

click on launch free recorder, which will run a quick download,
open the download
You will now see black and white dashed lines and a black box.
Stretch the black and white dashed lines out to cover the entire screen.
Select the screen only option and plugin your USB headset (a must to submit your interview)
The narration button should find your USB headset to use as the recording device.

Script for Video Certification

Click the REC button when you are ready to begin - it will count you down, and you can start with the script and open each part when prompted.

Hello my name is _________ and this is the video certification as requested.

Start by showing:

You have Google Chrome launched and pinned to your taskbar.
You are using a hardwired, Ethernet connection to the internet. (must be visible in the right-hand corner)
Open the tab with your Speed test results completed earlier, and read them out loud.

Next, bring up your System screen and answer the following:

Are you using a desktop or laptop?
If using a laptop, do you have an external mouse?
Who is the manufacturer of your system?
What is your processor speed?
How many GB of usable RAM do you have?

Lastly, please confirm your USB headset.

The make and model of my USB headset is _______.
Bring up the selfie of you and your headset taken earlier.

Click The Pause (II) Button to end your video.

Now click on Done

Select save upload

Save as Video File

Type should say MP4

Folder - needs to be Desktop (if it does not say this, click on the word folder and then browse until you find your desktop and make the selection)

Do not change Curser or Captions - leave them as assigned by the program.

Click Publish

Wait until the blue box indicates the file has been completed.

Go to your desktop and find the file.
Play the recording to ensure you have completed the process with all screens visible. Your sound should be loud and clear

Congratulations! Once you have completed and are happy with your submission. Please upload the file to the link below.
