Apply to **Video Interview

EngageCX would like to invite you to submit a Personal video interview for their work at home lead qualifier position.

Below are specific directions, do not vary from the format.

Since this serves as your interview, prepare your answers accordingly before recording.
Ensure your internet connection is hardwired using and Ethernet cord and use only a USB headset to record your interview.
Record using the screen only option, do not use a webcam.
Submissions should not exceed 2-4 minutes or 20 MB. Files that are too long or large will not be accepted when you upload.
All videos must be uploaded to the link at the bottom of the directions.
Interviews that are emailed or submitted with background noise will not advance in the hiring process.

We use a free, easy-to-use video recording software that DOES NOT require a webcam. You may launch it here at screenpal.com click on launch free recorder, which will run a quick download, open the download and you will see a screen with black and white dashed lines and a black box.
Select the screen only option and plug in your USB headset (a must to submit your interview)

Save as Video File
Type should be MP4
Do not change the filename
The folder should say Desktop (if it does not, click and browse until you find the desktop selection and select)
Do not change Curser and open captions.
Click Publish
Wait until the blue box indicates the file has been completed and then click done.
Go to your desktop and find the file.
Listen to your recording to ensure everything is to your satisfaction.
Once you are satisfied, upload the file to the link below.

Immediately upon successful upload of your interview, you will receive an email with directions on how to complete the Proof of Identity and address verification. Once processed, we will order the background check which is paid for by EngageCX.
