During this step, please be sure to provide clear copies of all documents you upload to our system. If a photo is blurry or information is missing from the photo/scan, your file will be returned for resubmission (or could be rejected completely).
Acceptable forms of identification include:
- A state-issued identification card
- A state-issued driver’s license
- A government-issued passport
- A government-issued military ID
PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT SOCIAL SECURITY CARDS.
In addition to confirming your identity, we must also be able to confirm permanent, stable internet service to your home. Therefore, you will also need to submit the internet bill for the address you have designated as your current residence (and that you will be working from). We do not need the entire bill or statement, and it is okay if the internet service is not listed in your name; however, we must be able to verify the provider name, account holder and service address.
In the event that your state-issued ID or driver’s license does not match your current address, we can accept one of the documents listed below; however, keep in mind that the address on the documentation provided must match the address you listed on your application.
- A utility bill
- A cell phone bill
- A bank statement address page (no personal info please; just your name and address)
- A W2 or 1099
- An insurance bill
To submit your documents, you can either scan or take a photo of the documents, save the files to your computer, and then upload each file individually to the link below. Each piece must be loaded individually as all documents are encrypted for safety.
All documents must be fully legible to be accepted, so please verify all information can be read clearly and completely. As previously mentioned, if a photo is blurry or information is missing from the photo/scan, your file will be returned for resubmission (or could be rejected completely).
